The female is still sitting on the nest, but it is now clear how big the chicks are now. In the first few days the female was able to sit on the nest covering the chicks completely. Now, the chicks are popping their heads out from underneath her.
The chicks are also pushing each other around. One chick will begin wriggling, which will then start the next wriggling and eventually, all seven chicks are wriggling around in a circle like a carousel.
